Agreement to Terms

By using this Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

Products and Services

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, including:

  • Compatibility requirements (VST, VST3, AU, AAX formats)

  • System requirements

  • Pricing and availability

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue any product at any time

  • Limit quantities available for purchase

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in local currency where available, and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will:

  • Contact you to inform you of the correct price

  • Offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund

4.4 Digital Products

All products sold on MyPluginWorld are digital goods delivered electronically. You will not receive physical items.

Ordering and Payment

Placing an Order

When you place an order:

  1. You submit an offer to purchase the selected products

  2. We send you an order confirmation email (this does not constitute acceptance)

  3. We accept your order when we deliver the product or license key

  4. A binding contract is formed upon our acceptance

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment processors:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (processed by Stripe)

  • Shop Pay (Shopify's payment solution)

Payment must be received in full before product delivery.

Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card details on our servers.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is declined:

  • Your order will not be processed

  • You will be notified and given an opportunity to provide alternative payment

  • We reserve the right to cancel the order after 7 days
