Use your non-Avid DigiLink-enabled audio interfaces with a new Pro Tools | HDX or HD Native system and get the same high I/O channel count capabilities offered by our Pro Tools | HD Series interfaces. Simply purchase a Pro Tools | DigiLink I/O License. With this license, you can work with up to 192 audio I/O channels with a three-card Pro Tools | HDX system (64 I/O channels per card), or up to 64 I/O channels with Pro Tools | HD Native. This license effectively doubles the maximum I/O for all non-Avid interfaces in your system, compared with using Core Audio or ASIO.

Formats: AAX, AAX DSP (Pro Tools only — Avid's proprietary format)

Other: iLok account required. Internet connection required for installation and activation. Dedicated audio drive recommended (APFS or HFS+ for Mac, NTFS for Windows). For Sibelius: 1 GB disk for software + 36 GB optional for Sibelius Sounds library.

Your purchase from mypluginworld.com provides a digital license for your Avid product.

iLok Required: You must have a free iLok account and the iLok License Manager installed. Licences can be activated on the cloud, your desktop computer, or a physical iLok USB dongle (2nd Generation or later).

1. Create an Avid Master Account
  • Visit the Avid redemption portal: my.avid.com/products/redemption
  • If you do not have an account, click Create a New Account and fill in the required fields (name, country, email, password)
  • If you already have an account, sign in with your credentials
2. Create an iLok Account
  • Visit ilok.com and create a free iLok account if you do not have one
  • Download and install the iLok License Manager from ilok.com/#!license-manager
  • Link your iLok account to your Avid account
3. Redeem Your Activation Code
  • On the redemption page at my.avid.com/products/redemption, enter the activation code from your mypluginworld.com order confirmation email
  • Enter the code exactly as shown (22 alpha-numeric characters, capital letters and dashes included — copy/paste recommended)
  • Click Activate Product
4. Download and Install
  • After redemption, navigate to My Products at my.avid.com/products to access download links
  • Download the installer for your operating system
  • Alternatively, download and install Avid Link from avid.com/products/avid-link to manage all downloads
5. Activate Your Licence
  • Open iLok License Manager
  • Locate the deposited licence and activate it to your computer, iLok USB dongle, or the cloud
  • Launch the software — it is now ready to use

Lost your licence? Log in to your Avid account at my.avid.com/products to view your registered products and re-download installers. For iLok licence issues, open iLok License Manager to manage your activations, or contact Avid support at avid.com/support.
