The HA 1200 TapeSat is modeled after the original unit (Serial # 0232) owned by Heritage Audio’s CEO, Peter Rodriguez. The machine was bought by Peter when he was 19 years old and has been his main tape recorder ever since. After discovering just how good a professional reel-to-reel recorder sounded...there was no turning back. His recordings now sounded like many of his favourite albums from the last few decades.

Prerequisites

Heritage Audio plugins use iLok licensing. You will need:

Activation Steps
1. Create or log in to your Heritage Audio account at https://users.heritageaudio.com/my-account/. If you do not have an account, use the Register section to create one with your username, email, and password.
2. Create a free iLok account (if you do not already have one) at https://www.ilok.com/#!registration and download the latest iLok License Manager application.
3. Redeem Your Activation Code: Open the iLok License Manager app, go to Licenses, then click Redeem Activation Code. Enter the activation code from your mypluginworld.com purchase confirmation email and click Next.
4. Activate your license to your computer or iLok USB dongle within the iLok License Manager.
5. Download the plugin installer from the Heritage Audio plugins page at https://users.heritageaudio.com/plugins/. Select your product and download the installer for your platform (macOS or Windows).
6. Run the installer, then open your DAW and load the Heritage Audio plugin. It will recognise your iLok license automatically.
