Creating a shockingly realistic sense of space and depth is what INSPIRATA was designed for. Just as if you were in the real space itself. With INSPIRATA you are able to: Move, position and automate multiple sound sources and the virtual microphone in a real acoustic space. Freely adjust the directivity of the virtual microphone setup from Omnidirectional to Figure of 8. Adjust real acoustic parameters such as apparent source sound width (ASW), listener envelopment (LEV) or sound clarity (C80).

Choose from a wide variety of spaces including: Iconic performance venues with precisely designed acoustic characteristics. Places of worship with long and lush reverb tails. Ordinary domestic spaces with simple and natural acoustics and much more.

Made by acousticians

INSPIRATA is the culmination of many years of research and development by acoustic consultants. Our goal was to: Create a shockingly realistic and immersive sound experience. Make all sampled acoustic spaces accessible to INSPIRATA users, even spaces where recording is limited or problematic. Provide the possibility to adjust those acoustic parameters that truly matter to our ears, the parameters that are used when designing a real performance space. Create a room library with the highest quality standard and spatial resolution, all based on true measurements.

3D immersive audio support

INSPIRATA supports surround configurations by design, it is a key feature of the workstation. With INSPIRATA you can: Upmix your mono or stereo mix to a wide variety of 3D surround configurations. Apply reverberation to your surround audio or multi-channel audio material. Choose from a wide variety of surround output options up to 22.2, including Dolby Atmos®. (Available output surround configurations vary between different Editions of INSPIRATA and depend on DAW support.)

  • Intel Core i7 or equivalent or better. Inspirata is currently running on x64 CPUs, native ARM CPU support is not available at the moment., 4 GB RAM
  • Windows 10

Download/Activate

Your purchase from mypluginworld.com provides a digital license for your Inspired Acoustics plug-in.

iLok Required: Inspirata uses iLok protection. You must have a free iLok account and the iLok License Manager installed. Activation is supported on a physical iLok USB dongle (2nd or 3rd generation) or via iLok Cloud. Machine activation is not supported.

Step 1 — Set Up Your iLok Account
  • Visit https://www.ilok.com and create a free account if you do not have one
  • Download and install the iLok License Manager from https://www.ilok.com/#!license-manager
Step 2 — Redeem Your Activation Code
  • Open the iLok License Manager application
  • Click Redeem Activation Code
  • Enter the activation code from your mypluginworld.com order confirmation email
  • Your Inspirata license will be deposited into your iLok account
Step 3 — Create an Inspired Acoustics Account
  • Visit https://www.inspiredacoustics.com/register
  • Click Create new account (or sign up at https://inspiredacoustics.com/en/signup)
  • You can also sign in with Google or Apple
  • This grants access to the My Products download area
Step 4 — Download & Install via IA Connect
  • Log in to your Inspired Acoustics account
  • Navigate to My Products
  • Download and install the Inspired Acoustics Connect application
  • Use IA Connect to download and manage your Inspirata plugin and room library files
Step 5 — Load in Your DAW
  • Open your DAW and load Inspirata as a plugin (AU, VST3, or AAX)
  • The plugin will authenticate via iLok automatically
  • Ensure your iLok dongle is connected or iLok Cloud session is active

Note: Room library downloads can be very large (140GB+). Use Inspired Acoustics Connect to manage staged downloads.
